Spiritual Companionship is a safe and sacred place to share the inner workings of your soul, rumblings of your spirit, stirring in your heart, and what is becoming enlightened in your mind. It is a place to wrestle and reckon with your faith and spirituality.
Ultimately it is a container in which to listen together for the breath of the Holy Spirit in your life.
People often feel drawn to spiritual companionship because they are asking any or several of the following questions...
I’d like to utilize my spirituality/faith to harness forward movement in my life but I’m struggling to figure out how.
I find myself no longer fed or fulfilled from the faith of my past, AND I’m still a deeply spiritual person and looking to make sense of where I am now and where to go from here in a way that is full of authenticity and integrity.
I’m trying to figure out how to really live my faith in a way that shapes my daily life.
There are some spiritual, religious, church issues I’ve wrestled with for a long time and I’d like a place to talk about it.
How is the Holy Spirit moving in my life?
What is the Holy Spirit whispering to me?
What might I be missing?
What am I yearning for?
What feeds my soul?
How do I get more in touch with my soul?
What are the best, most fulfilling forms of prayer for me?
What is meditation? How might it enhance my spiritual/faith life?
How might breathing meditation put me in closer contact with God?
What is grace, and how can I experience more of it?
What does gratitude have to do with my spiritual life?
I have this hole inside me and I cannot figure out what to do with it.
I feel called to something, but for the life of me I cannot figure out what it is.
I’m sensing I need to make some changes in my life, but I’m stuck.
*Spiritual Companionship is not therapy or counseling.
In spiritual companionship, I do not diagnosis.
We work with the present moment and find healthy ways to move forward in ways that are life-giving and centered in your sense of the holy.
