I’m Caroline, and I work as a therapist, spiritual companion, nationally board certified life coach, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, and Breath, Body, Mind teacher. I have a great passion for accompanying clients to engage their wholeness so they can move forward in their lives in meaningful and life-giving ways.
I have a deep and abiding respect for the uniqueness and common humanity of each person’s being and life journey. A particular passion of mine is eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). I have found it so life-changing in my own, it gives me great joy to watch people utilize this modality within the safe space of therapy and enjoy the life-changes it brings them. In addition to EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and a variety of other modalities, I utilize meditation, mindfulness, and breath work with my therapy clients.
In addition to offering therapy and spiritual companionship, I also enjoy writing. I aim to speak into the gaps in people’s lives offering ways the Holy Spirit may be calling us into new life. My writing offers reframes for the ways we see and understand our spiritual lives while also offering practices to engage new pathways into living and breathing God’s love right here and now. I deeply believe the Holy Spirit is alive and well in the world, ever calling us to lean into a loving relationship with God, receive God’s love into our beings, and allow that holy love to transform the way we live, love, work, and engage our ourselves and our neighbors.
