Spiritual Companionship
Spiritual
listening for The SPIRIT together…
Spiritual Companionship is a deeply sacred practice where two people hold sacred space together for the purpose of listening to/with/for the Spirit within an individual. The movement of the Spirit is alive and well within our souls, our lives, our communities and world. Spiritual Companionship is an opportunity to engage the breath of the Spirit and follow Her guidance. The Spirit is our ultimate companion, our truest guide, and offers us the deepest wisdom.
Companionship
listening for The Spirit TOGETHER…
We aren’t meant to walk this life alone. All of us need others at times to see and hear the inner process of our lives. We need trusted individuals to witness what is moving in our soul and listen with us for the movement of the Spirit within our being, our relationships, our lives, and the world. John O’Donohue called these sacred companions an Anam Cara, someone who listens and witnesses the sacredness within us.
Multi-Modal Approach
listening for The Spirit in a variety of ways…
Caroline is a big believer in spiritual practice. As a Spiritual Companion she encourages all her clients to engage spiritual practices that are meaningful to them and that they can utilize on a daily basis. During sessions, Caroline often uses a variety of modalities to fully engage the spiritual process: mindfulness, prayer, the work of Brené Brown, breath work, paying attention to the wisdom of the body, and utilizing the imagination.
